Pamela Wagner BA, M.Ed., RSW, CPHR
President/Managing Director

Pamela has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology, a Master of Education with a Specialization in Rehabilitation Services, and is a Registered Social Worker and Chartered Professional in Human Resources with more than 30 years of experience in not-for-profit and business settings. Pamela brings her extensive experience in designing, managing and leading human services programs to the role of Managing Director of the Employment Team. Her skills as a consultant and facilitator are put to use in our Corporate Training Division. Pamela is an Authorized Partner and Certified Trainer in Everything DiSC© and Authorized Partner for Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team©.

Peggy Gizen
Training Manager/Facilitator

Peggy has a strong background in designing and facilitation of programs aimed at helping individuals to find their motivation to achieve. Peggy is an in demand facilitator and presenter who combines her skills as a Rehabilitation Practitioner with qualifications as a training facilitator for Myers-Briggs, True Colours, DiSC, Life Skills Coach, Wondertech, and many other proven assessment and skill development approaches.

Karen Ziemann
Consultant
Karen has over 30 years of experience working in the employment field, both in a programming and in a supervisory role. Karen has a long history of working with immigrants and is the only certified Canadian Language Benchmarks Assessor in Medicine Hat and will provide her expertise in serving newcomers to Canada who may have language or cultural barriers.

Terri Lesmeister
Operations Manager
Kelly is responsible for the management of Being Human Services programs and services including the Transition to Employment Program, Generation Y & Z Program and Workplace Training Program. She is the human resources supervisor for the Team. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and over 17 years of experience in the Employment Counselling field. She has assisted people through Vocational Evaluation, Career Counselling, Facilitation, Life Skills Coaching, Disability Services and as a Canadian Red Cross First Aid Instructor. Kelly has a passion for working with individuals to help them identify "who they want to be when they grow up" and works closely with individuals to help identify and resolve potential barriers to employment success.

Kelly McNeely, BA
Office Manager/Administrative Assistant
Terri has more than 15 years of experience as an administrative receptionist and over 20 years of experience providing customer service in the Retail Industry, including 9 years in administration. She is a member of the Oil Wives Club of Medicine Hat, having held various positions for 16 years on the Executive. She has also served as Secretary and Treasurer for many years on the Executive Board of the Redcliff Community Curling Club. Terri has exceptional organizational and communication skills, and is the "in house" computer application expert and Bookkeeper.

Sandi Grass, B. Ed.
Service Coordinator
Sandi has built a career helping people. She was a teacher for over 15 years and specialized working with children with disabilities. Sandi then worked as the Executive Director of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Medicine Hat.
Sandi is excited to be part of the Being Human Services team and to continue working with people to help them achieve their fullest potential!

Kelly Moody

Service Coordinator
Kelly is working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations. Her education and experience makes her aware of potential employment barriers and she takes pride in assisting people to overcome them. Having worked in the customer service industry for over 5 years, she has strong communication and facilitation skills. Kelly enjoys working with others, and is devoted to helping them be successful in achieving their employment goals and finding satisfying work.
Luke Knapczyk, B. Mgmt
Mavis Conrad
Case Manager/Facilitator
Luke has a Bachelors of Management in Finance with over 10 years of experience in a diverse field ranging from retail banking, auto sales/finance and the oil and gas sector. He values working within a team environment to assist clients to reach common goals. Luke enjoys working with individuals one on one and in groups sessions to help them with their employment journey, and is excited to be part of the Being Human Services team.

Job Developer/Job Coach
Mavis has over 25 years of Human Resources experience in both Provincial Governments and the private sector. She also has experience in television and radio marketing and fitness. Mavis has been a Board Member on many local organizations and likes to volunteer her time and loves being a Big Sister with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Medicine Hat.
Mavis is excited to be part of the Being Human Services Team and utilizing all of her local business connections to help her clients find the job they love.

Sheri Gress
Job Coach/Facilitator
Sid Ell has been blessed with many opportunities to work with individuals in the education, training, career, employment and life management arenas. With a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, a Diploma in Recreation Management - Programming, and as a Certified Level Two Life Skills Coach, she is a firm believer in life long learning and is a student of life. Each experience has ignited the passion in Sid to assist others in learning for professional and personal development.
Sid's philosophy is "look through the truck windshield - not the rear-view mirror" as you move forward towards your goals. She is proud to be part of a team that is focused on excellence where service is based on the individual!

Shelley has over 20 years of customer service and office experience. With a good mix of analytical and creative abilities, she can think outside the box for innovative ideas and solutions. Shelley prides herself on her people skills and enjoys helping in whatever capacity is required. She believes in spreading positivity and will always have a smile in her voice.
