Being Human Services Inc., Employment Division is expanding our team. We are seeking a Case Manager/Facilitator to work one-on-one and in small groups. As a member of team of self-starting professionals, you will work directly with individuals who are unemployed or underemployed.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration or Education
2 or more years of experience working in a Case Management or Supervisory capacity
Above average computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn specialized software
Skills in small group facilitation and/or public speaking
Expertise in resume writing is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised in a high demand environment with clear outcome expectations
Ability to work as member of a team
Suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
This position is 30 hours per week, daytime hours, no weekend work required.
