Downtown Business Services Centre featured our own Bob Will in their Feature Fridays section recognizing the business people and artists who make Medicine Hat the beautiful and thriving city it is:
"We're back with another wonderful downtown feature! Bob Will, who was born and raised in Medicine Hat, began working with Being Human Services as their Job Developer 5 months ago. Bob says he really enjoys the opportunities that his career has given him in regards to meeting like-minded business people and networking, which is certainly unsurprising, as Bob has an easy-going and friendly demeanor. When asked about the best part of his job, he says, "It's so rewarding to help job seekers find the right employment, and vice versa." Being Human Services opened its doors on Kingsway over 2 years ago, and moved to its current location at 6th Ave S.E. in July of 2013. They are a government funded group that runs 4 major programs - ESL (English as Second Language), GPS (Goals and Plans for Success), UP (Untapped Potential), and TES (Transition to Employment).
If you'd like to learn more about Bob and Being Human Services, they will be hosting a Business After 5 event on May 28th. They hope through this event, they can learn more about what employers want to see on resumes and get a 'Business Insider' view to better enhance their programs."
