Pamela Wagner is a registered Social Worker and Certified Human Resources Professional with a history of 30 years of helping people and organizations make a better connection between themselves and their environment. Pamela has worked with people to identify their strengths and abilities and to develop personal plans for growth and achievement.
As an individual and family counsellor she has assisted people to set goals, communicate more effectively, manage stress with positive strategies, and learn the skills they need to move forward.
As Managing Director of Being Human Services and in her work in the not for profit sector, she has provided leadership and training to teams as they deliver services, organize community projects, and evolve.
Pamela holds a Master of Educational Psychology with a Specialization in Rehabilitation Services. Pam previously served on the Premiers Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities and is a former member of the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work. She has been an active volunteer on the Medicine Hat College Social Work Advisory Committee, the Community Collaboration Council, and Medicine Hat Musical Theater.
Pamela brings her more than 30 years of experience to her role as President and Managing Director of Being Human Services Inc. and Being Human Services Employment. Through support, training and information, individuals and businesses can find the help they need to find and keep employment relationships.
As a contributing member to local, provincial and national initiative, Pam has gained a reputation for being able to bring ideas, resources, and people together to create innovative solutions.
