Peggy Gizen - Professional Facilitator
Peggy Gizen is a pragmatic, reality-based facilitator that connects and engages her audience immediately. She “lives what she speaks and speaks what she lives”, impacting individuals on a human level. As a successful entrepreneur, Peggy was voted one of Medicine Hat’s Top 50 Under 50 entrepreneur’s in 2014.
She is a Qualified Instructor for Myers-Briggs, a Certified Personality Dimensions Trainer, a Certified Life-Coach Skills Trainer and Member of the Speaker’ Bureau of Alberta. She has also taken an emotional smarts course, a facilitators’ training course and a course in family and divorce mediation.
Past and present colleagues say that as a facilitator, Peggy plays a major role in creating life-changing experiences for clients. She has the uncanny ability to perceive people’s attitudes and motivations and skillfully relates to people exactly where they are. As an “in the moment” speaker, she has the ability to adjust her presentation style to meet the needs of the immediate situation. She inspires and empowers her audiences to become masters of their own destiny.

Facilitator: Pamela Wagner BA, M.Ed,. RSW, CPHR
Pamela holds a Master of Educational Psychology with a Specialization in Rehabilitation Services. Pam previously served on the Premiers Council on the Status of Persons with Disabilities and is a former member of the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work. She has been an active volunteer on the Medicine Hat College Social Work Advisory Committee, the Community Collaboration Council, and Medicine Hat Musical Theater.
Pamela brings her more than 30 years of experience to her role as President and Managing Director of Being Human Services Inc. Through support, training and information, individuals and businesses can find the help they need to find and keep employment relationships. In this role and in her work in the the not for profit sector, Pamela has provided leadership and training to teams as they deliver services, organize community projects, and evolve.
As an individual and family counsellor, she assisted people to set goals, communicate more effectively, manage stress with positive strategies, and learn the skills they need to move forward.
As a contributing member to local, provincial and national initiative, Pam has gained a reputation for being able to bring ideas, resources, and people together to create innovative solutions.
